- The information provided in the admission form must be accurate and match the applicant's official documents.
- Submission of the application form and payment of the application fee does not guarantee admission to the institution.
- Admission is strictly based on the entrance examination, document verification, and the final decision of the Jamia administration.
- The institution reserves the right to reject any application if found to contain false information or forged documents.
- All admission-related disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts of Tirupattur District, Tamil Nadu.
Privacy Policy
Jamia Darussalam respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.
- Data Collection: We collect personal details (name, contact numbers, address, date of birth) and educational documents solely for the purpose of processing admission applications.
- Data Usage: Your data is securely stored and used exclusively by the administrative staff of Jamia Darussalam to evaluate your eligibility for our courses.
- Data Protection: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third-party marketing agencies. Payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay, and we do not store your bank or credit card details on our servers.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please read our refund policy carefully before making any online payments:
- Application Fee: The online application processing fee (₹100) is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, whether the application is accepted, rejected, or withdrawn by the applicant.
- Admission & Food Fees: If an applicant is successfully admitted, the initial admission fees and advance food fees are non-refundable as per the institutional policy outlined on the Admissions page.
- Duplicate Payments: In the rare event of a technical error resulting in a double payment for the same application, the applicant must contact the administration at mail.jamiadarussalam@gmail.com within 7 days with the Payment IDs. Upon verification, the duplicate transaction will be refunded to the original source account within 7-10 business days.
